General:

• NOTE: High temperatures forecasted all week with the chance of an storm in the afternoon/ evening.
• There is to be no driving or parking at the end of Ferry Street dock side area.
• All workers must sign out when finished each day.
• Hard hat, steel capped boots and hi-vis shirt / vests at all times. No singlets.
• Temporary fencing not to be altered without approval from Mosaic. If trades required to remove to complete works, they need to re-instate once works complete.
• No one to walk under suspended loads – listen to the dogman and move out of the way / wait when asked.
• Exclusion zones in place must not be ignored. Need to be signed & noted whose they are. Utilise designated access ways.
• TEST & TAG - Ensure all electrical equipment is up to date to avoid it being confiscated.
• NO smoking inside the building, any undercover areas, Lunchrooms and Toilets
• Reminder on heat stress. Ensure that workers a keeping up with their water intake. Take regular breaks in shade. Minimize energy drinks as these can cause dehydration.
